The first component of Blending With Chaos conflict resolution training is a consultation with key people on the staff. We listen to a full explanation of what the symptoms are and why they think the organization needs conflict resolution.
The second component is the customized training outline. Once we’ve met with the staff, a custom training outline is developed to try to match the needs of the organization and the team.
The third component is circulating that outline and getting input from key staff members for review and comment. Their suggestions are then integrated into a final outline to be delivered during the live training event.
The fourth component is the live event. When the live event unfolds, there is another level of customization that takes place because our concepts about what we think we need as individuals and as a team never matches what actually happens when we get into a room with each other and start interacting.
