He is principal of SEM Development, a consulting firm specializing in the areas of growth strategy and leadership development. Mr. Recknagel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Marketing and an M.B.A. degree in Human Resource Management. He is also an active student of Aikido.
