Dedicated Account Manager
Our suppliers are required to assign a dedicated account management team to each of our member’s accounts. In addition to account-level customer service from our supplier, CenterPoint provides a dedicated customer service agent that works directly with the supplier to resolve any challenges that our members may face. In order to maximize our customer’s time, each of our customers receive a direct line to CenterPoint resources that will quickly provide answers to their questions.
CenterPoint provides a white-glove service that guarantees a smooth implementation, streamlined billing process, and customized web ordering platform. If there's an issue, we work with the supplier to resolve the dispute. Members also receive access to a US based customer service representative with our suppliers that can help answer questions and escalate and resolve issues.
